Loved this hotel. It’s super clean, super quiet, friendly and attentive staff. The included breakfast is delicious! It’s also only 10 minutes from the Main Street in Belen and other spots to check out. Gorgeous views nearby as well.
My only complaint was about an evening worker that thought it was funny to say " he's the guy no one wants to deal with" other than that Great hotel Great staff very clean , large T.V.s which are nice. Coffee 24/7 Morning Front desk lady was very pleasant even though I was having difficulties printing paperwork. She was very helpful and polite. Cleaning crews were very professional and polite. No real complaints and id happily stay here again.
The location right off I25 was great for us. The room was clean and the bed linens were nice. They came in and remade the beds while we were out the first day, which I wasn’t expecting. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Even so, it’s a nice quiet place to stay.
We fell upon this place by accident and were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast area is spacious and feels more upscale than a typical hotel breakfast area. We were thankful that it is right off the interstate; especially after a long day of traveling. The teens working the front desk seemed to be more interested in "hanging out" than checking us in-could use some training in customer service.
We had a wonderful night here, we were met with great hospitality and the location was great, just off of highway I-25. The best part, it was pet-free and so nice and clean. The floors were quite worn and so was the furniture but honestly who cares as long as it’s clean. Breakfast was great, beds were comfy and honestly one of the more affordable places we have been.
The gentleman that was working the front desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast was well stocked and available early enough to be useful. We've stayed here multiple times over the years and it never fails to be clean, peaceful and comfortable.
We have stayed at this hotel now for the last several years about 4-6 times a year and have always been well satisfied with the room and the employees we have dealt with. The whole hotel - room, entrance and breakfast area is always very clean.
Clean, standard room. Shower was basically a gentle mist/steam that made the entire room a fog. Pillow was a lumpy rock. Everything else was fine. Clean surfaces (carpets old), clean linens, clean toilet and shower. Fridge/microwave and ac in room well working and quiet. Staff friendly. Easy check in. Would stay again.
